- Returns will only be accepted after passing a thorough Quality Control (QC) check. If the product shows signs of use or tampering, the return will be denied.
- Ekavira reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our QC standards.
- Credit Note :
- Upon successful return, we will issue a credit note equivalent to the full purchase value of the returned item(s).
- The credit note will be valid for 2 months from the date of issuance and can be used on any product available on our website.
- Non-Returnable Products :
- Certain items, such as customized or made-to-order products, may not be eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
- Shipping Costs :
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
